We want your pup to be perfectly comfortable, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all clean, hair-free items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is free of pet hair and dirt, then place it back in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
